CommonWealth Coffee House Announces New Location at Weston Centre

Exciting things are brewing at Weston Centre as CommonWealth Coffeehouse & Bakery announces their plans to bring their newest location to the 32-story office building in July of 2017.
The popular coffee shop, known for its unique culture, delectable french pastries and cuvee brand coffees, will occupy 1,592 square feet of indoor space on the lobby floor of Weston Centre. In addition, they will also have additional outdoor seating on the front plaza.
Joe Cukjati and John Moake of Reata Real Estate Services, LP, with the assistance of Weston Properties, LC’s President, Mona Ghawi, represented Weston Centre in the lease.
“Our goal was to get a ‘best in class’ operator to provide the best coffee, food, beverages and service to Weston Centre and the continually emerging Downtown area,” said John Moake, Vice President of Reata Real Estate Services, LP.
The location at Weston Centre is just one piece of a much larger expansion plan for the two-year-old establishment. Seven new locations, including one at Hemisfair Park, are in the works.
“Weston Centre is in the middle of a burgeoning Downtown area, and is the perfect location for the quality and culture we offer our clients,” said Jose Ramon Campos, owner of CommonWealth Coffee House. “To see the growth of our city is one thing, but contributing to it is so much sweeter.”
About Weston Centre
Weston Centre (112 East Pecan) was completed in 1988 and purchased by the Weston Family in 1992. The building stands at 32-stories high, making it San Antonio’s tallest office building. With over 498,136 square feet of office space, and its close proximity to the Riverwalk, it has become one of the most attractive locations for businesses relocating to downtown San Antonio.
